EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Saga accepts the exchange or return of your items within a maximum period of 14 days, as long as they have not been used and keep the original packaging. The Customer/user has the right to claim any defect, inaccuracy or inadequacy of the product in relation to what was ordered.
To return an item, you must fill in the returns form indicating which store you want to send or deliver the item to. After confirming the conditions of the article, it will be refunded by the same payment method within 5 working days. For ATM payments, the refund will be made by bank transfer. For exchanges, a voucher is issued for the value of the item, valid for 1 year.
Transport costs arising from the exchange or return are borne by the customer. In this situation, only the value of the items is refunded, leaving the cost of shipping costs to the customer.
In the event that the return is at the origin of a logistical error by SAGATEX, it will, only after contacting the customer, proceed to collect the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs for the correct product.
SAGATEX does not accept returns sent with postage paid or on delivery.
